Danah Lewis, Broker, REALTOR®, ABR®, SRS
With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Georgia Broker, REALTOR®, Consultant, and Investor, Danah Lewis has worked in multi-family acquisitions, commercial leasing, single-family property management, and residential rehabs.
Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Danah moved to Atlanta, Georgia to attend North Atlanta, a performing arts high school where she studied music and dance. After receiving her Business Degree from Illinois State University, Danah moved to Los Angeles, CA to focus on her music career as a recording artist/singer/songwriter. After a debut album, Danah decided to move back to Atlanta to pursue her passion for Real Estate.
Starting as an office manager for a commercial leasing firm, Danah learned the basics of Commercial Real Estate leasing and acquisitions. Then as a Property Manager for a small single-family construction company, Danah honed her skills in Section-8 leasing, permitting processes, and sourcing building materials. In her next role as Paralegal/Acquisitions for a major multi-family acquisition and property management firm, Danah perfected her knowledge of Operating Agreements, LOI's, and business entity formation and set up.
Danah brings a wealth of talent, experience, and in-depth knowledge of Atlanta's neighborhoods and culture. Her outgoing, bubbly personality and sweet demeanor sets her apart from the rest and she thrives on creating lasting relationships with her clients.
